What age groups do you accept?

We welcome students from age 7 and above. We have dedicated programs for children (U-14), juniors (14–18), seniors (18+), and women of all ages.

Do I need prior experience to join?

No prior experience is needed. We have beginner-friendly batches for both wrestling and kabaddi where coaches start from the very basics.

Can I try a class before enrolling?

Yes! We offer a free trial class so you can experience our training environment before making a commitment. Just contact us to schedule one.
