Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Dangal365, we are committed to providing a premium sports training experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for training fee cancellations and refunds. By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Training Fee Cancellations

Monthly Training Fees

For students enrolled on a monthly training plan:

Before the Month Begins: If you cancel enrollment before the training month starts, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative charge.
Within the First 7 Days: If you withdraw within the first 7 days of the training month, a 50% refund of the monthly fee will be issued.
After 7 Days: No refund will be issued once more than 7 days of the training month have passed, as coaching resources and slots are pre-allocated.

Quarterly / Term Packages

For students who have enrolled for a quarterly or term-based package:

Before Commencement: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
Within First 15 Days: 75% refund of the remaining unused term fees.
After 15 Days: 50% refund of the remaining unused term fees, subject to management approval.
After 50% of Term Completed: No refund will be issued.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Submit your refund request in writing to contact@dangal365.shop with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Name]"
Include your enrollment details, the program, the reason for withdrawal, and your payment reference
Our team will review your request and respond within 5 working days
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

Trial / demo class fees (if any)
Advance registration or enrollment fees
Kit charges (uniforms, mats, equipment) once procured
Competition / tournament registration fees paid on behalf of students
Training sessions already attended

Service Termination by Dangal365

Dangal365 reserves the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:

Non-payment or late payment of invoices
Violation of our Terms and Conditions
Abusive behavior toward our staff
Using our services for illegal or prohibited activities
Misconduct or disruptive behaviour on academy premises

In the event of termination for these reasons, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Force Majeure

Dangal365 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
